What we're teaching on this week
This week at youth, I’ll be sharing my first message as Youth Director! I want to take this opportunity to let our students get to know me, not just as their director or leader, but as a person and follower of Jesus.
I’ll be sharing parts of my testimony, including struggles and difficult seasons from my past, choices and experiences that shaped me, and ultimately how surrendering my life to Jesus changed everything.
Our main Scripture will be Proverbs 24:16: “Though a righteous person falls seven times, he will get up…”
We’ll talk about the difference between changing our behavior and truly surrendering to Jesus, how our failures don’t have to define us, and how God can redeem even the messy parts of our stories. My hope is that by sharing my story first, I can begin building the kind of trust that allows our students to eventually share theirs.
Parents, I’m also so excited to partner with you in discipling your students. I believe the church and home are strongest when we work together, and my desire is to come alongside you as we help our students know Jesus, understand Scripture, grow in their faith, and learn what it looks like to follow Him in their everyday lives.

Event HIghlight
Middle school and high school girls are invited to join us for a special morning of brunch, community, and encouragement as we look at the story of Esther and what it means to live with courage and purpose right where God has placed us.
We’ll enjoy brunch together, spend time in God’s Word, have meaningful discussion, and participate in a fun activity centered around our theme, “For Such a Time as This”Esther 4:14.
Come ready to eat, connect, and be reminded that God can use you right where you are and exactly as you are for His purpose.
